What is it like to be a law enforcement officer responding to a mass casualty event? What should you do in such an event? Join Dripping Springs Republicans as we welcome decorated police veteran David Graham, who will speak about his experience responding to such situations, and about how to best protect yourself and your family.

Graham retired as a Lieutenant from the Dallas Police Department in 2017 and moved to Dripping Springs, where he is a Deputy with the Precinct 4 Constable’s office. He started his career as a Patrol Officer with the Garland Police Department, joined the Dallas PD as a Patrol Officer, and was promoted through the ranks. He eventually led the SWAT, Explosive Ordnance, Canine, Mounted Units, Special Events Division, Dive Team, and Helicopter units, along with the Reserve Battalion and Internal Affairs Division (IAD). In addition, Deputy Graham is an instructor with Law Enforcement Seminars, LLC, where he provides specialized training related to Internal Affairs Investigations, and Complaint and Procedural Responsibilities. He holds a Master Peace Officer Certification (2000) with the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE).
