A message from President Kit Whitehall, TFRW President.

It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that our dear friend and TFRW Secretary Grace Jones, has tragically passed away. Grace was a beloved member of TFRW, and her loss is deeply felt by all who knew her.

Grace was a dedicated and passionate woman who loved the Lord and contributed significantly to TFRW, the Republican Party of Texas, her family and her community. She had a remarkable ability to inspire and lead by example, and lived her life by the principles of kindness, compassion and service. She will be deeply missed, and her absence will leave a void that cannot be filled.

This heartbreaking incident has left us all in disbelief and sorrow, and Grace’s memory will forever be cherished by those who loved her. In the coming days, details will be shared on how you can honor Grace and support her four children and family.

Condolences can be sent to:
Family of Grace Jones

Alice, TX 78332

Fervently in prayer.
Kit Whitehill

Phishing Attack Against Precinct Chairs

It has been brought to our attention that Precinct Chairs are receiving emails purportedly from the HCRP Chair offering Gift Cards. The offer is not legit. It is a Phishing Expedition. DO NOT CLICK on the link. DELETE the email.

As a rule of good practice, always closely examine the FROM address associated with any emails, not the name (HCRP Chair) but the email address (sender@domain.com). If you do not recognize the @domain.com portion or if it looks questionable in any way, Do Not Trust It. If you have any question, reach out to the purported sender directly through the email in your own Contacts list or visit the sender site using your own bookmarked URL.

With email, it is always best to be suspicious. The best anti-virus and malware software in the world are always playing catch up with new approaches to compromising your security and stealing your data. Software cannot protect you from yourself. Ultimately, common sense is your best defense and you are your best defender.
