As you may remember from the March 28th Executive Committee meeting, the April and May regular meeting dates are problematic. April 25th is the date of the Lincoln Reagan Dinner. May 30th has graduations and is Memorial Day weekend.

The Executive Committee voted to combine the April and May meetings and meet on Monday, May 9th.

Chairman Bob Parks has called a meeting of the Hays County Republican Party Executive Committee.
 
Please remember that in order to conduct the business of the party, we must have a quorum at our meetings.
