Chairman Bob Parks has called a meeting of the Hays County Republican Party Executive Committee for Monday, July 25th starting at 7:00p to be held at the Hays County Republican Party Welcome Center (6000 FM 150 W, Kyle, TX 78640). An agenda and official notice will follow.

Executive Committee Meeting

As you may remember from the March 28th Executive Committee meeting, the April and May regular meeting dates are problematic. April 25th is the date of the Lincoln Reagan Dinner. May 30th has graduations and is Memorial Day weekend.

The Executive Committee voted to combine the April and May meetings and meet on Monday, May 9th. Notice will be sent out on or before April 29th with the agenda and minutes of the March 28th meeting on or before May 6th.

Executive Committee Meeting

An emergency meeting of the Hays County Executive Committee will be held on Wednesday, September 9th, at 7:00 PM at the HCRP Welcome Center located at 6000 West FM 150, Kyle, Texas 78640. The purpose of the emergency meeting is to approve the recommendation of the Finance Committee for timely expenditure of candidate support funds. Approval of the CEC is required.
