A meeting is planned for Monday, June 1st starting at 7:00pm at the Hays County Republican Party office located at 900 Bugg Lane, Suite #111, San Marcos, TX 78666. Members are needed for the following Committees: Organization, Credentials, Rules, Nominations and Resolutions.

Organization – Help with planning, logistics, setup, lunch and clean up

Credentials – Verify delegate eligibility and credentials

Rules – Set the Rules for the Convention

Nominations – Nominate, interview and recommend delegates to the State Convention to the Body

Resolutions – Resolution review, rewrite (if needed) and recommendations to the Body

Committees can be hard to fill. Ideally, we need at least three people per Committee. Please request a Committee but understand you may be asked to serve on a different Committee from the one requested. Any and all volunteers are appreciated.
